Returns and exchanges
Regardless of the place of delivery of the items, spyder.eu undertakes to refund the items that the Customer wishes to return, under the conditions defined below.
You have a right of withdrawal of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of your order in its entirety (i.e. sixteen (16) days in addition to the legal withdrawal period).
During this period, you may return or exchange (the exchange service being exclusive for the countries in the EU, thus the UK and Switzerland are excluded) undamaged products without having to justify your reasons or pay penalties. If the products received are damaged, the warranty procedure will apply.
All products are eligible for withdrawal, except those excluded by law in article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, for example, products that have been personalised at your request or products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
Returned products must be intact and complete and must not have been subject to prolonged use.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the standard withdrawal form to be filled in here, or make any unequivocal statement indicating your intention to return the product to Spyder, by completing the return online from the following link:

Spyder will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email.
You must then return the products to Spyder within fourteen (14) days of your withdrawal to SPYDER - ZA Atlantisud - Rue de la Piste - 4023 Saint-Geours-de-Maremne.
Once your return has been received and processed by our logistics services, you will receive an information email and you will be reimbursed via the payment method used at the time of your order as soon as possible.
Spyder will reimburse you for the returned products, provided that the above conditions are met, as well as the standard (one-way) shipping costs of the returned products if you return the entirety of your order. The (one-way) shipping costs with surcharges will be reimbursed within the limit of the standard shipping costs. It is specified that the (one-way) shipping costs will be refunded separately.
If you do not return the order in its entirety and decide to keep one or more of the products ordered, Spyder will not reimburse the (one-way) shipping costs.
In the case of an exchange, once your return has been received and processed by our logistics department, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of the new order, with the tracking number, which will be sent as soon as possible. The shipment of the new exchange order will not entail any additional cost for the customer. Exchanges will only be possible for a different size, excluding exchanges for a different colour or article.
Note: Spyder will reject any damaged, dirty or incomplete item (label and original transparent packaging).
